I think this photo is a good example of the use of monochrome, when black and white occupies most of the screen space, for the whole photo shows a sense of elegance, make the picture more three-dimensional, this photo by David hume “a treatise of human nature” is the cover of the book, with the female bowed head with infinite imagination, with the aim of discovering the “extend and force of human understanding” concept, but also an expression of free will. With the female head bowed with infinite imagination, with the aim of discovering the “extend and force of human understanding” this concept is also an expression of free will, combining nature and man together, reflecting the close connection between man and the world. the close connection between man and the world.
“A Treatise of Human Nature (1738–40) is a book by Scottish philosopher David Hume, considered by many to be Hume’s most important work and one of the most influential works in the history of philosophy. The Treatise is a classic statement of philosophical empiricism, skepticism, and naturalism. In the introduction Hume presents the idea of placing all science and philosophy on a novel foundation: namely, an empirical investigation into human nature. Impressed by Isaac Newton’s achievements in the physical sciences, Hume sought to introduce the same experimental method of reasoning into the study of human psychology, with the aim of discovering the “extent and force of human understanding”. Against the philosophical rationalists, Hume argues that passion rather than reason governs human behaviour. He introduces the famous problem of induction, arguing that inductive reasoning and our beliefs regarding cause and effect cannot be justified by reason; instead, our faith in induction and causation is the result of mental habit and custom. Hume defends a sentimentalist account of morality, arguing that ethics is based on sentiment and passion rather than reason, and famously declaring that “reason is, and ought only to be the slave to the passions”. Hume also offers a skeptical theory of personal identity and a compatibilist account of free will.”

I was inspired by one of hawcprodution’s poster, human nature is unfathomably different, all people and things change every day,how to face different changes, different people and things,i think we should keep smiling more to face different challenges every day, smiling is also a valuable skill for all normal people.A multitude of social and emotional clues are conveyed by human facial expressions(Accepted: 8 November 2007 Published online: 23 February 2008)but i think this poster is too monolithic and the font is too simple,as a poster i think some colors should be added to represent the diversity of life, with some different letters to represent divitalty.

I used a variety of different yellows to increase more expressive, all the color blocks ultimately gathered in a point is also to show the importance of the smile on life, compared to the original yellow, with a lot of different fonts, different colors, are used to indicate different human nature, no matter how people, different personalities, we should be on the future, every day things to look forward to, and should be with a smile to enrich our lives! Keep smiling and protect him is the main idea of my poster.
